Estimated Server Time: I don't really know, but I sure do know that I have been playing for around a year and like 2 or 3 months. I have changed my name a lot so that's why some people don't know me.
Languages I speak: English Bulgarian

Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario: RDM is when someone kills a other RP player for no reason. For example PandaOG04 is talking to his friend and he gets killed out of no where.

Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR is when a RP player goes to the same district that they died in. For exapmle Rice Seeds tries to raid the bank and gets killed, he comes back in the bank district.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x:
I will ask what hapend and if they tell difrent stories I will ask for proof.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time.
I would check the time of the kills/deaths and if it's not a 3 min difference then i would warn them.

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 150 words): I would like to be a moderator just because I want to help every player on the server. I am an ex moderator and I got demoted for inactivity. I had mistakes but as people say: People learn from their mistakes. And I get on really early when there's no admins and there's just so much rule breakers and if I see a person breaking the rules, he/she will get punished for it. And I would love to help the community even in a small way. I hope this application was good enough.
