I feel like he owes this explanation to all of us. This would also teach him never to do it again.
If he does come back, seems like he did a good job of burning the bridge.
That would need allot of gut and nerve, but I've let myself be told he also has a good side. Perhaps time will make him conscience. It will be easy to determine if he is actually sorry in his appeal.
But he said himself he had plans of leaving, so I doubt he'll ever return.
