I don’t want to say too much because Nick will have the face on with me purely for supporting something against him. I have to agree that Nick doesn’t seem to do his job to the best of his ability and does not seem fit to be a lead team member. I agree with most if not all of the detailed points you have made in this report and quite frankly, a lot of this is pathetic from a lead team member on several servers. The worst thing I think is the unwillingness to help staff and users, which you have shown clearly in the screenshots where he just doesn’t care at all and is being completely blunt, unhelpful and unresponsive in all ways, which is completely unacceptable and the opposite of what he should be doing when providing feedback. Something that literally just happened on discord, Nick sent a message in the staff chat that all TTT staff can see calling me and Ramen out saying we’ve both had shit attitudes (I’m guessing he means for bringing up valid points about him) and that he was bringing us up for demotion in the lead team meeting. But what did we do wrong? This just seems like another way he is trying to shut us up from bringing up his faults and covering up his ass. To add on top of that, he said straight after that he did not want to discuss this on a chat that everybody could see, and as Chienman stated, why would you say it on the public chat in the first place then where everyone could see it, Nick’s defense to this was that we had removed him on steam, but I definitely haven’t so I’m presuming that was one more lie.
