If Nick asked for the link to be sent this was his fault.

I didn't ask for the link, I clearly said he CAN send it to me if it's not breaking TOU
You gave consent that a link can be sent to you. You specified that it must not break TOU though. The victim did not know if it broke TOU and so went through TOU to check if it met that condition. He didn't see anything that he might be at risk of breaking and thus sent it to you. A 24 hours ban was not a proper action to take if you believe that it broke TOU.
Love how you avoided my previous post btw I am on my phone now so I don't know which post you mean, kyber didn't check to see if it broke TOU and even sent the link to viking who clearly stated his discomfort on team speak and told me to do something about it, so yes I will ban him for a day
As far as I'm aware from both Kyber's POV and what I have gathered from multiple chat logs, he did check TOU as I really see no reason why he wouldn't especially when it came to anything involving yourself. Viking said that he knew how you would react and that you might decide to ban him for it but unless he says otherwise, he didn't say 'to do something about it'. None of which still justifies a 24 hours ban .
5 - Do not disturb anyone in a meeting room. You face a 1 day ban for causing disruption.
which you can find in the TS3 rules unlike your reason of 'ear rape' unless that falls under another rule.
