From what I've seen and how you're taking this, this just seems like you had your earphones (or whatever) too high, was shocked and ended up pissed at that leading you to decide to take it out on Kyber. Now I could be wrong but in any case, I don't see how a 1 day ban is justified in this case when others have been banned for the same duration for much worse.

I didn't have my headphones too high, even if I turn them down almost completely I can steal hear it pretty well.

I'm just gonna say it now, I did not know such was against TOU, and I even asked for consent if I could send the link, yet it was still your choice whether you clicked on it. I have asked a few people and they have said a kick or around a 1 hour ban was fine as I was unaware, I think the situation was taken out of proportion and a punishment was given which was influenced by past experiences and the fact the link was a jumpscare

I told you if it's not breaking the tou then you can send it but it was breaking TOU so you didn't get any sort of consent
