We have just checked into this and can see that the ZARP VIP Gift has gone through successfully now, it appears PayPal was taking longer than usual to process your transaction. @Hosti you will now be able to access all ZARP VIP features in-game simply press "Refresh Purchases" under the F4 > Donate tab or re-connect.
