These are just a few positives and negatives that I have though of that you can improve. But other than that everyone else posted pretty much the same thing.

Positives: [spoiler] [ol] [li]Yes, your activity is high but keep it consistent, at least 2-3 hours a day is a good period of time, with a bit of schedueling you can even plan towards the more chaotic times of the server.[/li] [li]Your attitude towards player is getting better but is a bit unstable at times.[/li] [/ol] [/spoiler] Negatives: [spoiler][ol] [li]At times you become blind on incoming reports, even when while we are both in game I tend to give out reports, I like to help any one if possible (coming up with compromises or giving reports)[/li] [li]The application looks rushed and sloppy, just some changes to words can improve the app, and keep it towards the key details.[/li] [/ol] [/spoiler] These are just a few positives and negatives that I have though of that you can improve.
