You have very inconsistent activity with most days having very low to no activity and few days with very high activity.

One issue I keep on seeing is when you get killed ingame or someone is causing a problem on the server you overexaggerate letting every person on the server hear you, I think before you get Admin this needs to stop, As a staff member you are supposed to set an example for the server and the example you are supposed to set is a positive example. Other than your overexaggerate to things i find you a friendly person to be around and overall a nice guy.

Your application still has a large area for improvement especially on how you would deal with a forum situation, I would recommend adding what your response would be rather than what you would do in the situation. For help you can look at others applications and take inspiration from them although dont copy them.
