Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:if player A mass RDMs and tries to doge the report by the RDMed people I would find it a vaild reason to ban Player A.Another reason i would ban someone is after i tell them to change their from an rasict one and they leave and come back with a more racist name i would find it appropriate to ban them for their name

i would accept after taking with the other admins limiting it to 3-5 days and say next time i would be a permantly

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words)
i should be promoted people know i can handle a sever by myself even if im just a mod and that try my best at everything i do (reports,helping people) and when im on the sever im on it for a long time just this weekend i was on for just under 12 hours a day i do take mod very serious and also in the recommendaion of drconor i have tried to up my report count this my not be 100 words but this is what i ahve improved since my last app
