It would be appropriate to use the ban command when a player MassRDMs and leaves the server with or without filling in reports to avoid punishment (LTAP).

Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):
I think that I should be promoted to the administrator position because I am very active during the week (on nearly every day) and while I am on I see people breaking rules like MassRDM + LTAP and then just joining again when they won't be noticed. As an admin, I would continue my activity and help make the server better by stopping those who think that they can get away with breaking all the rules.
