Explain what you would do if someone was Text/Mic Spamming:
I would give a verbal warning the first time they do it and if they continue to mic spam/text spam I would mute them/gag them.

Explain how you would deal with someone using an exploit on the server:
I would tell them to stop and if they continue to use the exploit I would warn them for exploiting and if they still continue to exploit after I warned them I would contact an admin to come on and ban them for exploiting

Why I should be chosen (we recommend around 75 words):
I should be chosen for bhop moderator because I like the gamemode so I'll be active when I am staff, I know most of the rules so I can handle staff situations with ease.
