What makes me capable and worthy of being a Head Admin?:

Trust:

In the past I have held many staff positions within and outside of Zarp. Within Zarp I have been SSRP Admin, Prophunt Admin and currently hold TTT Head Admin and TeamSpeak Head Admin. Outside of Zarp I have held all sort of ranks such as Moderator, Admin, Server Manager and more.
These positions show I am trusted in and outside of Zarp with staff powers.

Activity:

I am always trying to improve my activity and at the moment I know it is a little inconsistent but I am going to plan on improving it this week and in the future. My current activity I still feel shows I have what it takes to monitor the staff team and do all my duties.

Dedication:

Ever since I started out as Moderator I have tried to help and show dedication wherever I can. I was Moderator for 2 weeks and then Admin for around a month before getting Super Admin. I have now been Super Admin for over 4 months! In this time I think I have learned enough to be promoted.

Experience:

As I am currently Lead Team on TTT and TS Head Admin. I am TTT Head Admin so already have some understanding of Head Admin duties and experiences.

Personality:

I think I have quite a friendly personality and always try to be welcoming to new users and staff member's so they feel welcomed and that they can come to me if they have a problem with something or need help.

Leadership:

With my recent promotion to TS Head Admin and my TTT Head Admin position I think I have proven my Leadership skills enough and therefore think I am good in Leadership conditions and can also actively get my opinion across on staff applying.

What do I intend to do as a Head Administrator?:

I intend to make sure I can benefit the server even more, by helping the Super Admins in a closer way so they are as good as they can be and even help the other Head Admins to make us all a better team, I also want to watch all Super Admins training people so I can be assured all staff are trained well and also help the Super Admins in improving their trainings. I also intend to help the other staff of course as I will have new powers and a new role with new responsibilities and I also want to make some new guides perhaps if they feel there aren't sufficient guides to help them.
