b]Explain "Random Death Match" and give an example scenario:[/b] RDM. When a rulebreaker blatantly uses a means to kill another player without any role play involved.
Example: You have a gun dealer(lol) who buys a shipment of weapons and traverses around the map eliminating players with no intent to roleplay.
Explain "New Life Rule" and give an example scenario: NLR. A user has died in his previous life and may not return to the district until the timer has ran out. Note: The user has no remembrance of his past life and may not interact with the affected area until the timer has expired. Example: Player X is minding his business rp-ing in Park District when Player Y comes to mug him, however Player X does not drop the money Player Y demands. Then Player Y proceeds to kill Player X. Player X is kind of mad that he died and would like to get some revenge. So Player X proceeds back into Park District breaking the New Life Rule and goes on to kill Player Y(Revenge RDM).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for RDMing him, the console log shows that player y killed player x. I would not take appropriate action unless the accusations were real. I would need proof, i.e. a plays.tv or some damn good screenshots. Then I would warn the player as that is what a moderator can only do.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x accuses player y for breaking NLR, the kills are pretty close together in console (a few lines apart) at a peak time. I'll check console seeing if Player X's accusations are correct then speak with him. Then I will then proceed to meet with Player Y and speak to him one-on-one. Then have them come together to hear their story and fact check.

Why I should be chosen(we recommend around 150 words): I should be chosen because I have been around in the community long enough and I have made several attempts to become a moderator or staff, but I now feel that I have matured. I feel like that I'd be able to partake in the holiness of Zarp staff and what the represent.
