Suggestion Title: Bank raid is over notice.

How would it benefit the server: Would stop players from going back to the bank after the raid is over and unknowingly breaking NLR.

Additional notes: Would be a simple addition that would display in the chat something like "The bank raid has now ended" after the countdown timer has been interrupted or ended.
