As Clarky said I would also like to see you a mod for longer, you are very active and handle a lot of situations in-game but I you literally do everything to prove someone isn't worthy of his rank/of a promotion. I once heard you say you were willing to equip a nano just you get proof of a staff member time farming. I suggest looking at your own business first especially if you're going for a promotion.
