You are a great guy from what i have seen ingame and on teamspeak, I feel other people dont get to experience how you act due to the timezone you are in, This makes it hard for other staff members to get to know you.
I suggest you work on getting more experience with forum punishments as i have yet to see you handle one (report abuse on players/ appeals). It would also be nice to see you increase your presence on the forums.
