Alrighty starting off, your experience, it's not something you can improve on with a flick of a switch it comes with time. Maturity, I would like for you to be a bit more mature (don't take me as an example especially not when I'm on team speak as I tend to act a bit immature there). I would like to see you be a bit more professional and serious when dealing with situations. Your meetings presence is also important I rarely see you object or voice your opinion and we are looking for staff that aren't afraid to object to see what they think is right accepted. I would also like to see you handle more forum reports, there has been a lack of them recently but I still think you need more of those.
