A Lead Team position is just that: a position where you lead. To get such a position you need to stand out, in one way or another, and I feel like you're curruently lacking in that regard.

Don't get me wrong, you're a nice guy on the Teamspeak and you post a lot on the forums, but I feel like you can be a little immature at times.
