how do you feel that your time as an administrator has contributed to becoming a super administrator:

During my time as ssrp administrator both past and present, I have experienced everything that ssrp has to throw at you from hackers to Mass Staff abuse, As of late I have refamiliarized my self with the fa admin commands as well as spending a lot of time interacting with active ssrp lead team member and staff members , I have a lot of experience with being staff on ssrp I know how to handle situations involving both staff and users effectively, during my time in the ssrp lead team I have been invloded in many situations I know how to handel these type of situations competently with a fair approach. I also believe that there need to be more active lead team members during the time I play alongside Ella early morning EU 3 am - 8 am there are 0 leadteam members around and by the time one gets on the situation has been resolved one way or another. I feel that my time on the server could be better optimized with the commands that a superadmin would have access too.


what makes you a good candidate for the super administrator team?:

What makes me a good candidate is my experience both past and present I have a full understanding on how the leadteam works I know how to handle report abuse as well as training staff members and attending lead team meetings although this time around I have only been staff for a short while I believe my previous experience makes up for this I try to interact with as many players as I can while on the server to build up a relationship between them as well as the staff team.currently, I have seen first hand how situations that could have been avoided have blown out the context causing a divide in players and the community.


Activity

My activity on ssrp very high I aim to play around two hours per day so I can interact with players and staff alike, also join server two and three at least once a day to make sure that the servers are running smoothly,I am always on Teamspeak as well as the forums and can be contacted at any time throughout the day.

dedication

My dedication to ssrp as well as the community as a whole is high because of the amount of time spent on the servers, most of the time spent on the server is interacting with the player base as well as staff I believe that ssrp still has a lot to offer the community as a whole but as of now the lead team is lacking the ability to function in way that effectively deals with situations, I handle every situation on a case by case basis ensuring that there is no bias and allowing a fair analasis of all situations, I have seen how over the last few years there has been a constant decline in the relation ship between the leade team and the player base I hope to improve this. I am also working alongside current lead team members to projects to help within the staff team and create a better environment for staff.


experience

I have previous staff experience on ssrp I was staff for around two years before I reached the rank of super admin although it was short lived due to exams, but during this short time I was lead team I trained people as well as handling report abuses on staff member this previous experience allows me to handle situations while mitigating hostility and minimizing disruption, I have full a full understanding about the balance on ssrp were demoting or banning members can cause a displacement of trust and cause disruption on the server.

I am a very trusted member of the community I currently hold the rank of SSRP administrator, Bhop Super administrator, As well as Teamspeak staff.


Explain a situation as an administrator you encountered that was an obstacle that required the help of a lead team member but you had to work around it when no lead team member was available:

A situation that I had to work around is when a user was suspected of using an from a hacking and there was not lead team around at the time so I had to record the user in question and then get in contact when they were around so that I could get their opinion and possibly speak to said user later.


Explain how you would review and handle an abuse report against another staff member:

At first, I would try to make contact the user that has made the report on the said staff member to come onto Teamspeak if it was convenient to do so once I had spoken to the said user I would then approach the staff member in question and then listen to his version of events. And reply to the post.
I’m going to handle this, I will speak to the said staff member as soon as possible
Once I had evaluated both sides of the story then took into consideration any proof that had been provided i would post a reply to the report abuse on the forums (Example)

A staff member bans a user for an excessive amount of time, how do you approach the staff member to ensure that everyone is treated fairly?


First of all, I would contact with admin in question whether that be by teleporting to them in the game or speaking to them in TeamSpeak and inform him how and why the punishment he has given out is too excessive. I would inform him that he should only give out fair bans and should not be too harsh with them, I would also inform him that yes we are here to punish players but at the same educate them so these situations will not repeat in the future.


explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member is dealing with a user but is struggling to do so in an appropriate manner. How would you resolve the situation?

Once said staff member had asked for help / or I saw the situation I would take over the situation. once the said situation was completed I would then speak to the staff member in question to see why they can not handle it correctly once I have heard their reason I would take the correct course of action


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member accuses another staff member of breaking rules, how would you help resolve the situation?


First of all I would get both parties into Teamspeak and hear both sides of the story and get to the bottom of who started the conflict between them once I had established who started the conflict I would try to determine why they did it and make sure that I does not happen again and warn them that if it keeps continuing they may face some form of punishment from the lead team.


Explain in detail how you would act in the following situation:
A staff member acts in a disrespectful manner towards another staff member and or sparks an argument within the staff team. How do you resolve the situation?


first of all I would stop the situation if this was in admin chat, then once both staff members had stopped I would then proceed to ask them to come onto Teamspeak once the said staff members were on Teamspeak I would then ask why the staff member that instigated it did so once the staff member had revealed the reasoning behind it I could then move on, and from some type of resolution to the case, I would ask the staff member that instigated it to then apologize to all that are effected by his actions and warn him if that type of behavor from him continutes he rskis being brought up in the lead team meeting.

You spot a staff member breaking rules to the point of harming other users, how do you approach the staff member?

First of all, I would confront the staff member in admin chat about his action once to make sure I was not misinterpretation the situation once i had made sure what the staff member was doing was intentionally harming users I would tell him to stop if he did not stop I would ask him once more if he fails to do so I would contact a head admin if none were available I would issue an emergency demotion and immediately contact a head admin or above about the situation
