Alright, after taking a look at this Demote Request, I came to the conclusion to simply Deny this Request due to the fact that it didn't affect your Gameplay itself at all. As well as this, in general, is way too minor to even hand out an actual Talking to, however, I will remind him of not shooting at others without a proper RP Reason.
