You have a very detailed application and it was obvious you were gonna try and get this promotion by working your ass off every day. As onion has stated I also think you need more time being a team speak staff however that's not it. I also would like to see you be a super admin for long as I don't think you have had enough time to deal with all the situations. Good luck!
