You're inexperienced and call other's opinion 'invalid' and such. That I do not want to see from a higher-up staff members specially for a position such as TS3HA, let alone you going for TTT HA - you tend to only say you do all the work and disregard what your fellow staff members do. Improvements needs to be made.
