You sometimes lack maturity, yet you are always ready to give other's some lessons.
You cannot take a joke, which should not have anything to do with being a TS3 HA.
But in your case, it is so severe, I would not feel really safe knowing you are "above" me.

In brief, your lack of communication skills and maturity are an issue for me.
