He just made a general discussion post saying he is lying, I'm really confused now.

Read a few posts up and you'll understand what he means by "lying". He's staff on other servers however he is not staff on any major community. He made it look like him staffing somewhere else was a big deal when it really wasn't because they were just small Minecraft servers only a handful of people play on. He "lied" in what he insinuated, not in what he actually did.

He just made a post saying he lied about being staff on a server or community and I believe it has been edited out of his application, but what the post entailed was that he just put that he was staff to give more for him to write about in the "why I should be chosen" part
