He was given a chance twice and blew it. Ultimately it is up to the Deathrun staff team but I haven't seen anything from Pika, at least on the forums, that he has changed at all.

it was a long time ago and he is trying to regain the trust as he is being a better person on the server. really no reason to bring the past in as he has improved tremendously.
