Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
It would be appropriate to use the ban command on a player that has MRDM (RDM’ed 3 or more players for no valid reason) and then immediately leaves without submitting any report responses or after spamming their response (LTAP).

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?


Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
Since being accepted as moderator, I have become confident in the work I have delivered so far and been able to help out more on the server as well as my fellow staff members to the best of my abilities. I am always friendly towards staff and users alike, helping them with any issue they face or any questions they need answering. I have done my best to ensure that everyone on the server has a good time and have come to enjoy handling reports. Though I do feel restricted when I have to disturb or even find higher-ups to deliver further punishments, such as bans, to rule breakers so this would be a great opportunity to extend what I am able to do. At this point, to put simply, I feel by getting promoted to admin, I will be better able to help everyone on the server and continue to prove my dedication.
