Alright, after taking a look at this Report and having a chat with both Sada and Nickolas, I came to the conclusion to Accept this Report Abuse and decided to Re-Train the mentioned Staff Member by explaining to him how to properly handle certain Situations as well as I will get a Head Administrator to Remove your Punishment from your Rapsheet.
