There are reasons behind why Oxy didn't get SA lately, I don't want to publicly call him out or anything as he's is a great dude how ever don't just think that the Lead team is making things up that they have too many SAs as that is not the case. I'm more then certain Oxy knows why he got denied as I asked him about it multiple times, probably he just didn't share it with you let.
