And that justifies your attitude towards him because..?

I mean at the very least it shows the user blatantly lying in the report. Say whatever you want, but why should we listen to a user's complaint when they lie to us to get their point across?

I believe Yojonatan should only be spoken to about proper behaviour towards users, but it's most definitely true that if a user behaves badly towards a staff member that they can respond innapropriately. Doesn't mean it's right, but it's understandable.

Yojonatan is usually a really nice guy, so I have to agree with you there.
