Given the current rules i see no reason why throwing a smoke at people should not be kosable. The only time smokes are mentioned is in invalid kos reasons in which it states:
- The player throws a discombulator/smoke grenade away from other players.

Now to me this implies that if you were to throw it towards someone then that would make it kosable.

Which is why it needs to be adressed
