This what makes you you, that’s what I see in all of the HAs and what I see in you and your maturity is impeccable although you do have fun it is within limits that you aren’t called immature. You definitely deserve this position and I will be surprised if you don’t get it as the amount of work you have put in ever since you got SA is amazing you would always be available if needed and with the current HAs you will be able to come and remove warns and demote staff quickly if required
