I remember us being 'mere' users, from the very start. look at you applying for HA now, reaching for the top. I'm glad to see you are going for this position, as you are more than capable to handle it.
Leadership, persistence and intelligence, these are all traits you obtained, during the 'relatively' short period of time of your staffing career.
I believe your current traits are more important than the simple period of time you've spent as LT member. In other words, I do not really see your 'lack' of "experience by time" as an obstacle for you to go for HA.
With that having said I'm very curious what the results would be, as both of you have the capabilities, where you guys excel in different traits respectively.
