There a lot of things to quote so I will just make a response here without quoting:
1st) There is a reason it's behind the scenes and other people can't see my work if there wasn't a reason I wouldn't be hiding it behind the curtain.
2st) I never meant to offend any other lead team member on not doing their job I just said that compared to the others I do more behind the scenes whereas they do a lot of on scene.
