I am not the only lead team member that does those things (all our lead team does so) but I do a lot more than what the other 2 super admins have been doing.
So this reminds me very much of another comment that Xnator made last year on Raifster's Prophunt SA application, where he said that Raif did a lot more than the actual Lead Team were. Bezzy has already touched upon this so I will not go super deep into the matter, but it's an extremely disrespectful attitude you can have towards your fellow Lead Team members. Just like how you do things without telling your fellow staff, as do they. Which also brings me to my next point:
Yesterday for one I spend over an hour talking to Dylan explaining to him how he can prove his attitude and why exactly everyone hates him. I went into detail pointing things in his forum posts, behaviors in-game, etc. I could have spent that time being on the server or any other server I have staff on but I didn't, Dylan's issue had to be solved imidiately and no one else reaching out to him so I did. This is just an example of things I do back-stage that no one gets to see.
First of all, thank you for doing your job. That is most definitely the kind of things the Lead Team should be doing. It's also because of this that I'm unsure why you say "Oh, I could have been on the server" even though you obviously couldn't have been.
Whenever I am in a serious conversation with anyone on the Teamspeak or on Steam, I never join the server or I quit whichever game I am playing. That is common sense. Not doing that would be illogical, so the argument of "Oh I could have been doing something else" is completely redundant.
What mostly bothers me about this statement is that you're doing a service towards another staff member and you're using it as bragging rights. You're doing your job, something you have been assigned to do, and that you might want to tell your fellow Lead Team about it so they're aware of the situation, I don't see why you would use this as an argument. Of course you can give examples - though perhaps some anomity for the person in question would be nice - but this isn't just an example added onto an application: it is you discretiting the work of the rest of your Lead Team by using the argument "Oh look at what I am doing, isn't it great." Yes it most definitely is great, but don't use the good things you're doing to brag about how much you deserve a rank, or at the very least not without speaking to the staff member in question first.
Don't get me wrong. I've used arguments such as your own before. I recall my SSRP Super Admin application mentioning how much I helped some of the Lead Team members at the time. But as great as examples are, you should at least ask for permission from the person beforehand. Using favours towards people as bragging rights is a relatively rude thing to do.
Note that this is only a relatively minor complaint. As I stated, I have done similar things before and it is completely understandable that you'd do it. No major harm was done either way. Though you might want to get that team spirit going man, because currently I feel like you're doing a bit too much with the I's.
