I have to agree with Svanz that your hopes to achieve section is a little concerning. If you are applying for such a high rank as head admin i don't think you should be saying "i want the rank so i can achieve these", both having good activity to show dedication and showing maturity on the forums and on team speak are something you should already be doing now, not saying you want to achieve them if you get head admin.
