Recently you have become timefarm which is understandable since the player count is low but there has been situations where you are not in game and there are people breaking rules.

Though you know how to handle situations but what i have seen it takes time before you take action or have to be said to do so.
Anyway you do have pretty good communication within staff team, quite good rule knowledge and friendly to all.
