Box... you're a really friendly guy and a good admin but I don't think you are ready for a lead team role for quite a few reasons. First of all, you don't interact enough with the current lead team and that is quite important. You are very active in both the forums and team speak but sometimes I feel like you mess about and don't act like a staff staff member. I think you're not experienced enough and there's a lot for you to learn. Regardless of my opinion, I wish you the best of luck!
