Seems extremely backwards.

He couldn't accept that he did make a mistake, ethics and whatnot aside, the warn+gag should never happen because it shows twice on recent, and he never admitted that that was wrong. Just makes me worried towards what else he can carelessly do within the server. ESPECIALLY after seeing that he still didn't learn, from his quote WITHIN this post.

For your own servers sake, give him more time.

Svanz, because I hear complaints about you every single day, could you please not judge our Staff members and what they do as a User? I mean, every time a staff comes to me and says: "Svanz told me I'm staffing in a stupid way and he makes me feel bad, I am a mod for just 1 Week" I reply with "Don't fight with him, Ignore him and tell him to go to the forums," I am completely honest with you. That's the only way to counter your aggression towards our Staff Members and Policies and it's about time you realise that we, the TTT staff can't do much. We follow rules. If you disagree with them, go complain to the CM team, if you still hate the server and how it works, go play on another server and if you find any as organised as Zarp's, then inform me so I can apply there.

Also, you are not the one to judge whether accepting this guy will be the end of our server or not. If you wish, apply for Admin again, go for SA/HA and then you can judge freely. But you should always respect your rank and higher-ups.

I honestly couldn't give a shit what people complain about me. I don't break the rules, I'm not a staff member, I don't have to uphold any image literally whatsoever.

Don't tell me to not judge him because I'm a user. You don't have to be a chef to be a food critic. That's an extremely stupid request lmao.

I don't care about joining another server nor do I care if I hurt his little fee-fees. He applied for staff, he should know that he has a standard to hold when he is staffing. In no way did I disrespect him or other staff members (aside from the l a d s in a joking manner), I only gave criticism and didn't personally insult him, therefor, no rule breaks.

And I've never said I'm solely judging that "it would be the end." But when you think that "It can't be THAT bad" is a good selling point then fuck, you need to get your staff in place, if standards are THAT fucking low lmao.

As for the complaining about the server part, I can complain as much as I want. Especially more so make a scene about it in the server and complain to front line mods and admins, because APPARENTLY, they are the ones that actually get impacted by my comments, as you mentioned yourself. I can complain all I want to higher ups, they don't give two shits, they never did they never will. THIS is actually doing something.

But let's stay on point. Aside from my incidents with Dylan, from a third-person perspective, he doesn't deserve to have a promotion, because he can't get basic respect and acceptance of mistakes right. An awful awful attribute to have as a staff member.

So basically you want to be a dickhead and don't give a shit about others as long as you don't break rules. Okay. If that's really your character, fine. But I'm not like that. I always want the Staff Members to have a good psychology so they enjoy staffing more.

At the end of the day the only thing you achieve by criticising the Staff is making them annoyed and mad. Most of the Higher Ups already stopped giving a Shit about your comments so you won't be able to change much, except if you get manage to get Lead Team.
