Alright, after taking a close look at this Appeal, taking a look at your Rapsheet and talking with EiPUS, I came to the conclusion to Deny this Appeal due to you simply not learning from your Punishments. You Just came off a 1 Week Ban and continued to break Rules. We do not tolerate your Behavior on the Servers and highly Suggest re-reading the Rules here so you can avoid these kinds of Situations in the Future. As well as I do recommend to wait way longer before Appealing this Ban again due to you not really seeming Apologetic in this Appeal and not really looking like you've learned your lesson.
