You are a great guy and all but you aren't mod quality at all. Within 3 weeks you got 2 officials and you resigned before you should've been demoted. We had the hardest trouble to manage you between the staff team and to keep you out of trouble. You also had always issues between the staff team creating issues ignoring superiours etc. As staff you need to work as a team and you proved back in your mod time that you couldn't do that.
