Explain a situation where it would be appropriate to use the ban command:
Player x has managed to get 11 recent punishments within 2 weeks and been informed that their next rule-breaking will result in a ban; another example would be a Player that joins and mass RDMs, just to leave right after.

Explain how you would handle the following situation:
Player x appeals their ban in great detail, apology and effort. You check the ban list and find that you banned them permanently for Cheating, and that this is their first ban. How would your response to the appeal be?

I'd give a second chance if the player shows that they're sorry and that they've not been banned for something before. Bans are not supposed to be a light punishment so I'd make clear that they won't have it this easy the next time they get banned.

Why I should be promoted (we recommend around 100 words):.
Honestly I don't know why I didn't just write an inactivity notice. I can't really stay away from the TTT server so the least I could do is helping on staff team again. As there also have been many other staff members resignating lately I think it would be good to get some more staff members on the team. I personally think (also backed by other staff members and players on my resignation post) that I didn't do a bad job as admin before.
