You haven't actually stated anything that explains how "retarded" is not a derogatory slur. I personally would not ban for it, but there is no doubt that it would actually count as discriminatory.

Like Raeker says, it is without a doubt discrimination, please just understand that, so many of us are trying to help you learn this. Anyway I too do not ban for this until it is used excessively and after being warned for it. I apologise that I was not this lenient at the time of you using the word
