Allow me to compare this to another ban on SSRP a while ago, where a user said "Die in Hell, black man." In my opinion that is not racist, because 'black man' is simply added onto the insult 'Die in Hell'. It doesn't state that all black men should die in Hell, nor does it have any racial connotations.

However, I do believe that "You fucking black man" can be seen as racist. Whilst in the earlier example "black man" is simply added onto the insult, here the insult altogether is the fact that the user is supposedly black (or isn't, but you get the idea). The whole remark exists around the existence of black people and their race as a whole and you're using it to insult someone.

Although they're fairly similar situations, I do feel like this one is actually racist, because the whole insult is you insulting a specific race.
