So was playing with clarky and he keept abusing his powers like i get RDMed and he didnt do anything about it but when i went in a nlr zone for 2 seconds he was going to warn me and when he was going to warn he didnt then they keept harrasing me by going out of his way to ruin my day he also doesent go on duty to help people only to use his powers so he can do whatever he wants.
