The name itself is not a loophole, if someone came to the server with the name Nigel i would not punish them for it as it is a common name. However if after being asked to change their name after it was something racist and they changed it to Nigel then it would be loopholing, as they have changed it to a word similar to the one they were told not to use in an attempt to get around the rule.
Just said this on Teamspeak, too. Users with just the name "Nigel" and nothing else I can fully understand and don't have an issue with, but if you're changing your name from one loophole to another name that could be considered loopholing then you're just taking the piss.
Also, Brando, I do not believe you changed your name for a joke with a friend. You can clearly see in your name history that you changed your name to "Neggo" before. I don't see how a joke like that could be funny multiple times.
