As everyone else has already stated, you had just recently been given the opportunity to become a member of our staff team, and while I understand you've/are staff on other servers, TTT is very much unique in the way you need to handle situations, deciding the best time to handle one, whether or not you feel that as a report comes in, it needs to be handled right there and then.

All of these things you'll learn as time goes on, but you really should take a step back, just like as I told Dylan when I noticed he had applied not even a day into being a Moderator for Bhop, he had made an Administrator application with the main reason for just getting feedback, which there are a number of ways you can get feedback from both player's and staff, and while I understand that your intent is not purely to get feedback on how you're doing, I do think it's far to early for you to be applying for an elevated staff position, as you're still learning the ropes of things.
