I'm not sure any of the administrators have proved themself with lead team traits yet. I personally think that because you don't use a mic, it is hard to prove yourself in certain aspects (such as meeting presence/activity and communication with the staff team) don't get me wrong here, I think you are an amazing staff member but I just think there are certain aspects that are lacking and need to be worked on
Kyber i speak to all staff members all the time but to be honest you are kinda the only one i have rarely spoken to due to your poor activity on TTT. My presence in meeting is also fairly decent as i always comment of everyone as clearly shown when i am in the meeting.
By communicating with the staff team.more I was kind of referring to teamspeak ,which I am on quite a bit, and hardly see you on it, yes my activity on TTT hasn't been up to scratch recently due to personal reasons I still think I am fair to say I don't really notice you in meetings as though I have overwolf, it is spammed with text chat, making it hard to see anyone's opinion who hasn't said it aloud, which in my eyes as I hardly see your contribution (even though you are trying) I don't really think you have the ability to prove you have a presence. I hate to say it to you but the chances are a lot slimmer to get super admin if you dont use your mic. I haven't really talked to you on ts since the last ttt meeting (even though you were there today we didn't really talk) and I think that proving yourself around the teamspesk scene and throughout meetings plays a large role in bring a super admin.
