"We" also have multiple staff members stating that I only got banned for changing my name for example Raeker, so the fact that "a staff member said so" is easily refutable and not a valid argument, I cannot physically provide evidence for me not doing anything wrong but they can since they have logs yet they fail to provide anything valid.

If you read what Raeker wrote he also said that despite you being banned for changing your name it was still valid. As for "a staff member said so" if it comes down to your word against theirs the staff member will be believed unless you have evidence that proves otherwise.
