You bother me during my sits, but you have made it clear you're observing and you do seem to pick up some good habits by watching sits and forming a basis for an impartial argument by doing so. You're fair as a staff member on other servers from what I've seen, you have reasonably good activity, and you try your best to be a beacon of reason drifting in a sea of occasional stupidity.
