When issuing a waring it is required to do so in text chat a minimum of 2 times, This is due to some reasons, The main 2 reasons are that player may not understand or might not have volume on. Putting a warning in text chat is clear and understandable and also this means it cant be missed. As at first you did not understand this rules i believe a verbal warning should of been put in place although howaboutthat was well within his right to give you a punishment.
